Disability Indoor Cricket
relies heavily on the support and enthusiasm of all
including coaches and volunteers.
In early 2010 Pat & James ROSSITER with Lifesream
are encouraging Schools with Special Ed Units to set
up school teams to play Disability Indoor Cricket.
The scheme is aimed at developing quality, community
based, sporting and recreational opportunities for
students who have a disability throughout SEQ area.
The programme is promoted and delivered at your
local indoor Sports centre.
Disability Indoor Cricket aims to:
1)Increase the number of disabled students who
actively participate in sports, groups and sessions
.
2)Improve the quality of players and volunteers
within disability sport
3)Create new opportunities and further develop those
existing for disabled people to compete in sport at
local, regional and national levels .
